Rental Polices

Booking and Payment:

  1. Full payment is required to reserve rental equipment
  2. A refundable rental deposit may be required to hold your booking
  3. Rentals are not confirmed until payment is received

Rental Period:

  1. Rental time begins when equipment is delivered or picked up and ends when it is returned.
  2. Late returns may be charged a $50 per day late fee.
  3. Equipment not returned within three (3) days of the agreed returned date may be charged the full replacement cost.

Delivery and Setup:

  1. Delivery/Pick up times will be scheduled at booking (we currently offer only pickup)
  2. Customer must ensure clear access to the set up area.
  3. A power source must be available for equipment requiring electricity.

Use and Responsibility:

  1. Rented equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.
  2. Customer is responsible for proper supervision at all times, especially when minors are present.
  3. Equipment may not be relocated, subleased, or used at a different address without prior approval.

Equipment Condition and Cleaning

  1. Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.
  2. Cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned dirty or unsanitary.
  3. Customer is responsible for damage, loss, or theft beyond normal wear and tear.

Damage and Credit Card Authorization

  1. Customer authorizes charges to the card on file for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned.
  2. Charges will be processed within five (5) business days, with an itemized invoice provided.

Weather and Force Majeure

  1. Rentals may not be rescheduled in cases of unsafe weather conditions. (Any rescheduling is up to the discretion of the company owner and is not guaranteed).
  2. No refunds of weather related cancellations (unless approved by owner, refunds are not guaranteed).
  3. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control.

Cancellations:

  1. Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event will receive a full deposit refund.
  2. Cancellations 15-20 days before the event receive a 50% deposit refund.
  3. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Cleaning Services Policies:

  1. Services include clean up of agreed upon areas only
  2. Additional charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.

Liability:

Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.

Kelly’s Party Rentals and Cleaning Services is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.


Agreement Acknowledgement:

By booking with Kelly’s Party Rentals and Cleaning Services, customers agree to these policies and to the full rental agreement provided after booking.
